Our two homes in Venice are our actual second homes. We bought each one as our vacation homes for our large family and when we are not using the homes ourselves we rent them out to defray some of the costs associated with second homes.

So as you can see you are dealing with the owners directly, no management company trying to earn a commission. We inspect our properties before and after each rental and if our guests abuse the homes in any way, they are not allowed to rent them in the future. You are a guest in our homes.

We are honest people and lease our homes at a fair price. If you decide to be our guest, you will see a number of entries in our guest books from the same people repeatedly.
